1. Overview

This website is operated by Raijin ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing www.raijin.store and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • You are legally capable of entering binding contracts
  • All information provided is accurate, complete, and current

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.

3. Products & Availability

Raijin specializes in Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) motorcycle gear sourced from Japan. All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per order or per customer
  • Discontinue any product at any time
  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale abuse, or policy violation

Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations in packaging, labeling, or production batches may occur.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may be updated at any time. Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.

Customers are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion costs, or international transaction charges imposed by their payment provider.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed if processing, sourcing, or fulfillment has begun.

If a cancellation is approved after processing has started, a service fee may apply.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

Raijin operates from Tokyo, Japan and ships internationally. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Import duties and customs fees
  • Customs brokerage charges
  • State or provincial taxes (as applicable)
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

We are not responsible for customs delays, government inspections, holds, seizures, or carrier-related delays.

If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs fees, refusal, or an incorrect address, reshipping costs and related fees may apply.

7. Helmet Compliance & Legal Use

Certain helmets sold by Raijin may be Japanese Domestic Market models and may not carry DOT, SNELL, ECE, or other certifications required in specific jurisdictions.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying local requirements and ensuring the product is lawful for use in their country, state, or province. Raijin makes no representation that products comply with regulations outside Japan.

8. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size. Fitment dissatisfaction does not constitute a product defect. We strongly recommend measuring head circumference and reviewing official manufacturer size charts prior to purchase.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our official Returns & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms of that policy.

10. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We actively monitor and prevent fraudulent transactions. Unauthorized chargebacks and false claims will be disputed using available documentation, which may include:

  • Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Signature verification (when applicable)
  • Order transaction data
  • Customer communication records

Fraudulent activity may result in permanent service restriction and, where appropriate, legal escalation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raijin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service or purchased products.

Raijin is not responsible for misuse of products, improper installation, failure to comply with local laws, customs delays, or carrier delays.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on www.raijin.store, including text, branding, logos, graphics, images, and website design, is the property of Raijin and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Japan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
