Raijin – Premium Japanese Motorcycle Gear


1. General Policy

Raijin specializes in premium Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) motorcycle gear shipped internationally from Japan. Due to the nature of international fulfillment and limited product sourcing, all returns are subject to strict approval.

By placing an order on www.raijin.store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Show no signs of installation, mounting, or modification
  • Have no scratches, damage, odor, or visible wear
  • Retain all protective films (especially helmet visors)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for refund.

3. Helmet-Specific Conditions

Helmets are considered safety equipment and are subject to stricter inspection standards.

Returns will be rejected if:

  • The helmet has been used outdoors
  • The visor film has been removed
  • Accessories have been installed
  • There are signs of hair products, deodorant, or odor
  • The helmet shows any signs of riding use

Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size before purchase. Sizing dissatisfaction does not constitute a product defect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Limited edition products
  • Pre-order items
  • Special imports
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Products damaged due to improper return packaging

5. Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior written approval.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Raijin is not responsible for:

  • Lost return shipments
  • Customs delays
  • Import duties incurred during return transit

If a returned package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the refund will be denied.

7. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original outbound shipping costs (including Free Shipping promotions) are non-refundable.

8. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Inspection period: 3–5 business days
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

If the item does not meet return standards, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide detailed photos.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

10. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

Raijin actively monitors fraudulent return and chargeback activity. In the event of a dispute, we may provide delivery confirmation, signature verification, product inspection records, and order transaction data.

False claims may result in permanent service restriction.
